About us
We are a small, family-run firm of Building Surveyors and Chartered Building Engineers, based in Merseyside. Founded in 2016, we are RICS Registered Valuers, regulated by RICS and members of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers.
We specialise in RICS Home Survey reports and residential surveys, with specialist knowledge in repair and refurbishment, including historic and traditional buildings.
We have extensive experience in advising capital investment firms and investors on pre-purchase/ due diligence surveys on domestic and commercial property.
Repairing, altering and repurposing property is our passion as well as our business. We make sure our Home Survey reports don't just tell you what's wrong, we also outline solutions and signpost you to further sources of information.
We help our clients overcome challenges and buy property wherever possible, ensuring they pay the right price and fully understand the liabilities. Many clients have avoided costly mistakes, whilst others have been enabled to purchase challenging properties and create their dream home.
As a small practice, our focus is on quality over volume. We do not compete with corporate companies which demand their surveyors churn out generic reports with little emphasis on quality or accuracy.
We invest in our people, equipment and client relationships, doing our utmost to consistently exceed expectations.
Our friendly team is here to discuss your needs and to offer clear, concise advice.
Our Vision...
The purchase of your home is your largest financial commitment. One you will likely spend the next 25 years paying for!
So, whether it is an investment or your forever dream home, we aim to ensure you understand what you are buying, the nature of any future liabilities, and your financial implications before you commit to the purchase.
Nobody would buy a car without a current M.O.T certificate, so why would anyone dream of buying a house without a Home Survey report? Remember a lender valuation IS NOT a Home Survey and offers you little reassurance.
Sadly, we have inspected properties where very serious defects have been discovered, the vendor has been left to pick up the pieces. The cost of a good survey is small in relation to the purchase price, offers you peace of mind and can also help inform your future plans.
